| Buttermilk Biscuits Recipe
Biscuits were good but, as others have noted, the dough was very sticky, needed several flour added. I do know the recipe takes 1/4 c of flour to generally be added when dough is something that is folded and rolled into 1/2 inch disk, but, the dough is extremely sticky, it is difficult, or impossible.
I probably would highly recommend adding extra flour to dough while dough still is in bowl. Once dough is workable, not necessarily sticky, transfer it with a dusted flour surface to roll and cut.
Biscuits had nice flavor once consistency achieved in dough yet the recipe is written poorly. When you are conducting more exacting cooking (baking, I'd like a recipe wherein I don want to make modifications.
Finding great biscuits is challenging. Neither is finding good biscuits. I tried bunches of recipes, and cracked the course, however, this recipe took me with a brand spanking new plane. These biscuits work most effectively I ever produced or eaten.
I too used all-purpose flour, upping the baking powder to a teaspoon, and the baking soda to 1/4 t.

I have transform slightly. Had cake flour however not selfrising so used regular allpurpose flour increased baking powder to just one whole teaspoon, soda to 1/4 tea.
