Individual Triathlon Coaching: $150/month monthly customized plans for races, one hourlong inperson meeting, unlimited emails, text and coach calls.

OneOnOne Session: $75/hour or $45/half hour include but are not limited to: inhome training, swimming lesson, biking lesson, running lesson. Group training is out there in the process and then a coach needs to be contacted for details.

Track Package: $29/month coached track workouts that will improve speed, running economy and overall form.

Bike Package: $49/month Once/week classes are 1 hour 30 minutes and mix interval training workout around the bike with bouts of core training between interval sets. Once/week brick courses are 120 minutes of spin then 2030 minutes of running. Classes get progressively longer after a while and are mostly aerobically based with intervals.
